Working with Jane has been a truly transformative experience. As a new leader navigating an unfamiliar journey, I have felt completely supported and validated every step of the way. As an educator herself, Jane is aware of the demands and challenges that are present for school staff. Subsequently, Jane works with school teams (leadership, aspiring leaders, and school staff groups), providing key information when it comes to effective communication (verbal and non-verbal) and the importance of building genuine connections, so that trust can be formed. Jane also provides course attendees with effective strategies for use in conflict situations - another skill required in the varied relationships we have in our roles.
