I’m Jane, founder of Hamdorf Consulting, leadership coach, educator, and advocate for compassionate, values-led leadership.

At Hamdorf Consulting, I believe in the transformative power of authentic connection and purposeful leadership. Drawing from my unique blend of teaching experience and leadership expertise, I partner with individuals, teams, and organizations to unlock their full potential through cultural development, strategic coaching, and meaningful connection.

With a background in education and leadership, I’ve supported hundreds of clients in developing stronger cultures, enhancing communication, and building sustainable leadership from the inside out.
